ANTI COVID-19 AND ANTI LEGIONELLA BACTERIA APARTMENT CLEANING PROCEDURE

Surfaces, objects and furniture subject to touch are sanitized by using antiviral and antibacterial products. Such products vary according to surfaces and materials.
Borgo Podernovo’s cleaners use mask, gloves and lab coat.
Before, during and after cleanings windows are kept opened for at least two hours.
Neutral soap is used for cleanings; then sanitation is made of all the surfaces that could be dirtied by breath secretions or other personal body fluids; 10 minutes after chlorine use, surface are cleaned by using fresh water. Electronical device and other particular surface are sanitized by alcool at 70% V/V. Tapestry is sanitized by hot steam.
Dirty linen must be placed by clients in a plastic bag given by Borgo Podernovo – without shaking it in the environment before- and left outside the apartment, for the weekly change.
Professional laundry delivers clean linen after washing it with high temperature water for at least 30 minutes.
Any personal disposable items must be thrown away in the non-organic unsorted garbage trash.
According to anti legionella bacteria illness prevention procedure, Borgo Podernovo’s cleaners open all the apartments taps to allow 70 degree hot water to flow for about 5 minutes, keeping away from the taps themselves.
